We built this contemporary house in 1991. By 2005 the client’s family had grown, and we built a 2100 square-foot addition, and updated the kitchens and baths. The design blends old and new, with Pella windows, cedar siding, and cedar roof shingles. The new screen porch and the additional living space provide the client with an abundant beach headquarters for gathering family and friends.
